As part of the project, we are pleased to announce the launch of the Digital Spark Grants, supporting civil society actors across Eastern Europe and Central Asia working on digital democracy, civic participation, and digital rights. Are you based in one of the following countries in Eastern Europe and Central Asia: North Macedonia, Kosovo, Serbia, Albania, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ukraine, Moldova, Armenia, Georgia, Türkiye, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan? This is your chance to turn your idea into action! Two grant types are available:
Institutional Stability Grants – USD 13,000
Strategic Growth Small Grants – up to USD 4,500
